Nonprofit Website Launched By LKF Marketing

Mena Mahiber Supporting Organization for Ethiopia, a nonprofit 501(c)3 inspired by caring individuals who are determined to empower Ethiopians in Africa, now has a website thanks to the Encore Publishing Group, Inc. and LKF Marketing.

The mission of Mena Mahiber Supporting Organization for Ethiopia (MMSOE) is to empower the hungry to feed themselves through innovative food production that creates employment, self-reliance and a sense of pride and dignity.

The strategy to accomplish this mission is to assist the people of Ethiopia in producing a potato crop that will grow in the fertile region of Ethiopia where there is ample water and electricity. Trained Ethiopians will harvest, dehydrate and fortify the crop with nutrients. The end product will be consumed both locally and, due to the dehydrated product's light weight and ability to withstand the harsh climate without refrigeration, shipped to remote regions. Upon reaching destinations of need, the Ethiopians will be able to feed their population, create an economy of their own making, and rise from starvation and poverty.

The new site design conveys the message of MMSOE. It also allows visitors to see all the work that has gone into this organization and the concrete nature that will ensure it will be successful. In addition, LKF worked with PincGiving to make it possible for visitors to make donations online.

LKF Marketing developed the MMSOE site with the help of its board members. LKF also implemented our custom content management system (CMS) for the site to enable MMSOE personnel to easily edit the content of their site.
