KALAMAZOO, Mich.—After 22 years with the 36-year-old agency, LKF Marketing (LKF) promoted Sarah Morgan to the role of Vice President and Integrator. She has also become a minority partner alongside owner Heather Isch, who purchased the agency in 2015.
Morgan joined the agency in 2003 as an Account Coordinator. Most recently, she served as Operations Director with the responsibilities of building client relationships, managing day-to-day operations as well as handling oversight of IT.
The promotion to Vice President and Integrator is a natural progression within the agency, involving elevated responsibilities including managing the leadership team, providing direction to agency operations, and continuing to serve as a strategist for a variety of long-term clients.
“Sarah has been an integral part of LKF Marketing’s growth over the years, and her leadership will allow us to continue to serve our clients in innovative ways as we create a path for future success,” said LKF Marketing President and CEO Heather Isch.

Morgan, a Saint Mary’s College graduate with 22 years of marketing and web development experience, said, “From the beginning of my time at LKF, I have been given many opportunities to grow as a person, as a marketer, and as a leader.
