TriFound restructured its pricing and needed to get the word out.
A shift in TriFound's business model, in addition to some personnel changes, prompted the company to restructure its pricing for clients. When TriFound approached LKF in October 2022, we know we needed to get straight to work in order to make their requested November 2022 due date.
In order to communicate this change to its 9,000+ clients across the U.S. in less than a month, LKF worked closely with the client to clarify the make-up of the target audience, the information the mailer needed to convey, naming the new pricing structure, and the consideration of all of the various communication touchpoints.
By the beginning of November 2022, we had created and mailed out a teaser postcard; a new pricing packet that included a custom pocket folder, letter, sales sheet, and service agreement; and a final reminder postcard to follow up. To supplement this print project with digital elements, we created an e-newsletter template, a FlippingBooks PDF, and an informational video.
