LKF was engaged to create a website for the talent acquisition firm's services.
Welsh & Associates (Welsh) is a talent acquisition and professional recruitment service based in Kalamazoo, Mich. Originating in 2002, the company desired to share its expertise electronically but was limited by its website's dated functionality. Welsh entrusted LKF to expand the scope of the website to include weekly podcasts and blogs, monthly Facebook live broadcasts, and quarterly whitepapers.
LKF created a website design that encompassed both Welsh's depth of knowledge as well as their bold personality. The website was built in a responsive format using WordPress as its content management system and a customized theme. The ability to post and archive podcasts, blogs, video feeds, and whitepapers was an important feature of the site's design. LKF was also tasked with branding each entity.
The site was launched in mid-January 2018 with a Facebook live video featuring Sheri Welsh and guests, netting more than 1,000 views in the first 24 hours after posting.
