An organic interface was crucial for the Michigan Craft Beverage Council's site.
MDARD approached LKF to produce a new website for the Michigan Craft Beverage Council that would correspond well with their updated branding. The goal of this site is to provide resources and opportunities that connect producers of Michigan wine, cider, beer, spirits, and mixed spirit drinks. It became evident that a user-friendly navigation system was crucial for this website to make an impact on its audience.
LKF worked to develop an organic site structure that would allow users to easily access research information, resources for growers, support for products, craft beverage tour maps, and more. Additionally, the subpages that were located under each of these primary pages gave users clear direction as to what details could be found on each respective page.
The new site launched in October of 2019 and includes a variety of key features. In addition to being completely responsive across a variety of devices, including tablets smartphones to desktops), it also has marketplace functionality, transportation services, a back-end content management system, a comprehensive event list, and much more.
