CATA needed our help promoting its open positions for bus operators.
In 2022, CATA turned to LKF for help with a campaign to increase driver recruitment. CATA participated in two major job fairs in the greater Lansing area that LKF helped to promote its presence and incentives to potential candidates.
The concept spun into a variety of print mediums including posters, flyers, postcards, sandwich board signs, and transit cards. Wanting to target multiple communities, LKF spun the ad in both English and Spanish so that a wider pool of candidates could be offered opportunities.
The design uses an actual CATA bus driver with a personal quote to elicit a more personal feeling and highlighted the benefits of being a bus operator for CATA and a participating member of the local community.
